After dealing with his own lifelong, health issues, Adam realized so many were struggling with the same symptoms – over-stressed, under-nourished and unhappy.

When Adam is home in Squamish BC, Canada, he can be found with his two young children playing in the family garden or high up in the mountains rock climbing, ski touring or mountain biking.

Growing up with poor eating habits, at just twenty-six, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. This shocking diagnoses rocked me out of my food-induced coma. Rather than live on medication for the rest of my life, I decided it was time to take back control of my health. Everything changed from that moment…

I moved to British Columbia to pursue my passion for rock climbing. Seeking to enhance my athletic performance, I began studying nutrition. Once I start putting what I was learning into action, I lost over 40 pounds, eliminated my food allergies and reversed my pre-diabetic condition.

I also discovered how to live with abundant energy, far beyond what I had ever experienced before.
